Architectural shingles built for Florida
Most of the shingle roofs we install in Citrus County are architectural (dimensional) shingles rated for high wind. They're thicker than the old 3-tab style, they look better, and they hold up much better in a Florida storm.
- Wind ratings up to 130 mph
- Algae-resistant granules — important in humid Florida
- Long manufacturer warranties on materials
- Wide range of colors to match your home and neighborhood
What a proper shingle install looks like
A shingle roof is only as good as what's underneath it. On every shingle roof we install, we tear off the old roof completely, inspect the decking, install fresh synthetic underlayment and leak barrier at valleys and eaves, then run the shingles with the correct nail count and pattern. That's what earns you the wind rating and the warranty.
